This Privacy Policy describes how Kiopfasf S.A., RUC 1792856347001, with registered office at Av. República de El Salvador N36-84 y Moscú, Quito, Ecuador, collects, uses, stores and protects personal data of visitors to kiopfasf.com, in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette Supplement 459 of 26-V-2021) and its 2023 Regulation.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter (name and email) and the technical data generated by your browser (IP address, cookie identifiers, pages visited, time of visit and device type).
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to send you our monthly newsletter, respond to your enquiries, measure site performance via analytics tools, comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
4. Legal basis
